Virtual Customer Assistance Agent

We are actively recruiting Online Customer Assistance Agents who are social media savvy and enjoy engaging with others online. In this role, you’ll support businesses by managing their social media interactions, responding to customer inquiries, and providing high-quality service across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. This position is perfect for those who are proficient in social media and are looking to utilize their skills in a dynamic, remote work environment.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connectivity. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level chat support jobs, so comprehensive training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: Remote work globally (United States preferred).
