As a Website Chat Operator, your role will involve responding to customer inquiries and providing support via live chat on business websites. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Job Responsibilities: You will undergo a brief training program to become acquainted with the role and the business you’ll be assisting. Your daily tasks will include logging into the business’s website live chat feature and addressing customer questions, which may range from support-related queries to sales inquiries. You will receive documentation with answers to common questions and full support from our team.
Contract Duration: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: To be eligible, you must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). You should be able to work independently and follow provided instructions closely. You should have a minimum of 10 hours of availability per week and maintain a reliable internet connectivity.
Weekly Hours: 10+ hours per week
Location: This is a remote online position, with a preference for applicants in the United States.
