Remote Inbound Customer Service Agent

We are actively seeking remote customer-oriented service representatives who excel in delivering top-notch customer service solutions to all clients on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include promptly responding to all incoming messages and thoroughly documenting all customer interactions. Throughout these interactions, you will uphold a strong sense of integrity, ensuring both the company and the customer are treated with the utmost respect, all while adhering to company policies and procedures.

What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant, you will be compensated for replying to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This entails tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You must have access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Additionally, you should be self-reliant, possess the ability to closely follow provided guidelines and instructions, and have a minimum availability of 5 hours per week. A reliable internet connectivity is essential.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: This is a remote online position, with a preference for candidates based in the United States.
