Live Chat Specialist (Work at Home / Beginner Level / No Experience)

Responsibilities:

  • As a Chat Support Specialist, you’ll handle incoming customer service inquiries via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These inquiries may include support questions from existing customers or sales inquiries from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

  • Must have a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently and closely follow provided instructions.
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week.
  • Reliable internet connectivity.
