Job Description:

  • Role: Live Chat Virtual Assistant
  • Responsibilities: Respond to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts, answer customer questions, provide sales links, and offer discounts.
  • Contract Length: No fixed term
  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Skills/Background Needed:
    • Must have a device (phone, tablet, laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Follow provided steps and instructions closely.
    • Availability of at least 5 hours per week.
    • Reliable internet connectivity.
  • Hours per Week: 5 – 40 hours a week
  • Location: Remote work globally (United States preferred).
