This is your opportunity to kickstart your career in live chat, where you’ll be responding to customer inquiries on businesses’ Facebook Messenger chat accounts. We’re hiring right now, and comprehensive training is on the house. All you need is 10 hours of weekly availability and a device to access Facebook Messenger.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer service assistants handle incoming customer service questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media apps and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connectivity.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work globally (United States preferred).
