Your Responsibilities:
As a member of our Customer Service Team, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of support tasks. You’ll handle customer inquiries through live chat, reply to emails, and assist with phone calls. Additionally, you’ll manage the IT helpdesk to address technical issues.
Key Details:
- Rate: $35 per hour.
- Skills/Background: You’ll need a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Independence and the ability to follow provided instructions closely are essential. A minimum availability of 5 hours per week is required, along with a reliable internet connectivity.
- Contract Length: No fixed term.
- Hours per Week: Flexible hours ranging from 5 to 40 hours a week.
- Location: Remote work globally, with a preference for candidates within the United States.
