Customer Service Chat Agent – No Experience Needed

We are seeking a customer service Live Chat Agent to engage with clients primarily through written channels like chat and messaging. Your goal will be to convert sales and address customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Log in to the live chat portal on the website each morning to answer customer questions.
  • Utilize the chat software’s features to address commonly asked questions efficiently.
  • Access support from a chat supervisor for more complex inquiries.
  • Complete a brief 1-2 hour training program before starting work.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements:

  • Device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • Ability to work independently and follow provided instructions.
  • Availability for 5+ hours per week.
  • Reliable internet connectivity.
