Customer Service Agent – No Calling (Fully Remote)

We are actively seeking a motivated individual to join our Customer Experience team. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Experience Representative will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations departments to deliver top-notch support to our valued customers.

This role primarily involves online communication and does not require in-person interactions. You will engage in online chat using tools like Facebook Messenger, assisting businesses by responding to live chat messages on their websites or social media accounts. These positions are remote, allowing you to work from any location.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and writing skills and demonstrate creative problem-solving abilities to provide unique solutions to our customers.

As a Live Chat Assistant, your responsibilities will include responding to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media platforms. This entails addressing customer inquiries, sharing sales links, and offering discounts.

Compensation: $35 per hour

Requirements: To qualify for this position, you must have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet, as well as a reliable internet connectivity. Basic English writing skills are essential.

Skills/Background Needed: These are entry-level live chat roles, and comprehensive training is provided. Prior experience in paid live chat work is not required.
