We are currently seeking Customer Care Social Media Representatives to handle customer inquiries and provide innovative responses to various questions, issues, and concerns. In this role, you’ll connect with customers via chat, or social media to address their questions and concerns.
Responsibilities: As a Customer Care Social Media Representative, your primary responsibility is to assist online companies in promoting their businesses through social media. This can be accomplished using a phone or tablet running Android or iOS. No prior knowledge of social media advertising is required, as this is an entry-level position with comprehensive training. You’ll be tasked with handling activities like sending tweets, liking Facebook posts, or uploading videos to YouTube, all guided by step-by-step instructions.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you’ll need access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connectivity. Basic English writing skills are a must. These positions are designed for individuals new to the field of social media, and comprehensive training is provided. No prior experience in paid social media work is necessary.
Location: This is a remote online position, and while applicants from the United States are preferred, we welcome candidates from all locations.
Contract Length: Full-Time.
Rate: $35 per hour.
