Are you a friendly conversationalist with a knack for online interactions? We’re on the lookout for Live Chat Assistants to join our team urgently. Your mission is to assist website visitors with their queries, all while maintaining a polite and engaging manner. This is a golden opportunity to work from the comfort of your home and expect to earn upto $35 per hour in this role.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer service agents handle incoming customer service questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media apps and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connectivity.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work globally (United States preferred).
