Are you ready to step into the role of a remote live chat support agent? Your primary mission will be to assist customers through live chat on a business’s website or social media. You’ll provide product information, address inquiries, offer support, and guide customers through purchases. Handling complaints and escalating issues when necessary will also be part of your role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media.
- Answering customer questions.
- Providing sales links and discounts.
Details:
- No fixed contract term.
- Pay: $25 to $35 per hour.
- Requirements: Access to a device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) for social media and website chat functions, the ability to work independently, follow instructions, and commit to at least 10 hours per week.
