We’re on the hunt for a Customer Success Representative who will play a pivotal role in managing customer quality and service claims, alongside overseeing order processing and returns. The world of chat support brings a diverse array of tasks, including data entry for sales orders, quality assessments, and service claims.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- As a Live Chat Assistant in a customer service role, you’ll log in at the start of your shift (flexible hours), responding to inquiries on the business’s website.
- At the end of your shift, you log out and receive daily compensation.
Details:
- No fixed contract term.
- Rate: $35 per hour.
- Requirements: Access to a device (Phone/Tablet/Laptop), ability to work independently, follow instructions, commit to at least 5 hours per week, and maintain a reliable internet connectivity.
