Live chat customer service agents handle incoming customer service questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues through live chat interactions.
- Provide accurate and helpful information, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle a variety of support questions and concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and management as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills.
- Basic computer and typing proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media apps and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connectivity.
