Live Chat Agent – No Calling / Remote

Are you a friendly and tech-savvy individual with a passion for new technology? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as customer service Agents. In this role, you will engage with customers, educate them about our products, provide expert advice, troubleshoot product and order issues, and find solutions to a variety of customer inquiries.

Remote Work Opportunity:

In this position, you will exclusively communicate online, primarily using tools like Facebook Messenger. Your main responsibilities will include responding to live chat messages on businesses’ websites or social media accounts. These positions are remote, allowing you to work online from anywhere.

Contract Details:

  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Requirements: You must have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connectivity. Basic English writing skills are necessary.
  • Skills/background needed: These are entry-level chat support jobs, and comprehensive training is provided. No prior paid live chat experience is required.
  • Location: Remote work globally from the United States.
