Ecommerce Store Live Chat (Beginner Level / Remote)

Imagine being the driving force behind e-commerce success stories. That’s exactly what you’ll do as a Squarespace E-commerce Chat Expert. Connect with online sellers, assist them in navigating the Squarespace platform, and help them achieve their business goals.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer service assistants handle incoming customer service questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media apps and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connectivity.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work globally (United States preferred).
