Remote Customer Service (Live Chat / No Calling)

We are currently in search of individuals to serve as Chat Agents on behalf of a major clients. This role allows for remote work and offers flexible hours, making it a convenient choice for those who appreciate the world of online interactions.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer service agents handle incoming customer service questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media apps and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connectivity.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week

Location: Remote work globally (United States preferred).
