Join our team as a Chat Support Representative and play a pivotal role in assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns via chat or email. As a Chat Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service by addressing issues, conducting research to provide answers, and exploring alternative solutions to ensure swift resolution. Additionally, you will be responsible for escalating any unresolved matters to the appropriate team or supervisor.

Experience is not required for this position as comprehensive training will be provided, and we are actively seeking individuals who can begin work immediately.
